About Phil

I started my weight loss journey back in 2015. I decided I needed to get in better health for my wife and two-year-old son. I tried a bunch of fad diets, meal replacement shakes and finally ended up simply tracking my calories. Once I started, I realized how much I was eating. Slowly I started to add in exercise and managed to not only lose 100lbs, but keep it off.


I became a certified personal trainer in 2022 and love helping people reach their health and fitness goals.
